Fabric Artist Dr Aruna Mene BEM

Fabric Art that Celebrates Life, Sustains the Planet, and Supports Charity.

Vibrant, exotic collages stitched from textile waste. Awarded the British Empire Medal in His Majesty King Charles III's first Birthday Honours for Fabric Art, Charity and Sustainability.

My fabric collages and craft works hope to convey the joy of living, optimism and to celebrate life and are inspired by the enchanting natural world, travel to exotic destinations, humanity, and my work as a Histopathologist.

Come and explore the pages on this website to see available and archived work.

My unique and niche collages are produced from scraps of fabrics and textile waste with embellishments, on canvas board, thus preventing fabric waste ending up in land-fill sites. I accept commissions from your suitable photographs.

Please contact me for any available art works.

Canvas prints in a size of your choice can be made on any sold artworks.

Awarded in the King's first Birthday Honours for Fabric Art, Charity and Sustainability.

Every collage is made from reclaimed fabric. Nothing I create sends cloth to landfill.

All profits from the sale of my original art & craft work, are sent to charities I support in UK and India.
